Kansas Milling Co., 207 Kan. 617, 485 P.2d 1343, we reversed a finding against the claimant because he had not been given notice of a hearing in sufficient time to enable his counsel to be present for oral argument. On remand he was given such a hearing with a result which, while not quite the same as the previous result, was from his point of view equally unsatisfactory. Hence this second appeal. [210 Kan. 702]
